In addition to the amazing tourist attractions in Nashville, there is also the opportunity to create memories with your parents or child that will last a lifetime. Destination Senior Pictures in Nashville are a great way to spend time with your parents/child and bond before you head off to college. You know... Take plenty of selfies. Have some great food. Create some inside jokes. Maybe even shed a tear or two.

Hey friends! This is JB Brookman- the owner of SENIORITY Senior Pictures Nashville. I'm just jumping in to personally invite you to come create with me in beautiful Downtown Nashville. I wanted to share with you that I was once a tourist myself. The first half of my career was spent in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. So, I knew about the mystique and coolness factor of Nashville from afar and wanted to visit. I still remember the first time driving through the city. Our family trip to the Johnny Cash Museum and walking on the Pedestrian Bridge and taking a selfie with the Batman Building behind us. I loved the city and the people so much that I moved my family here for good- about 10 years ago.

During those 10 years I have scouted out, explored and photographed Seniors at every alleyway, mural, hidden secret location and bridge around the city. I know the city like the back of my hand and I am here to help you architect the perfect Senior Portrait Adventure! Whether you have rented a vehicle on your vacation or not, I will make the Senior Picture part of your vacation stress-free and super fun. I will give you option after option of where to shoot and help match your outfits and clothing styles to the scenery. I promise to make your friends just a little bit jealous that you made the journey to our city to shoot! You can even bring cowboy boots if you want!;)

PS: During your ZOOM or Phone Consultation, I can also help you plan your actual trip. I've been to a ton of the attractions and resturaunts around town and can give my 2 cents about them all! I am also a celebrity concert photographer and journalist on the side- so, I will most definitely have some stories about some Stars who live or create in Music City!

Here are some amazing attractions to check out while you plan!

Stand Out From All Your Friends by Doing A Destination Senior Portrait Session In Downtown Nashville

Here are just a few of the vibes and styles that we can create, during your Downtown Nashville destination shoot...

Vibes/Styles:

Obviously, we have the cowgirl/cowboy style that is so popular across the country... Cowboy boots and jeans or a skirt with a cowboy had fits absolutely perfect in the locations I can take you through. The country music coming out of all the honkey tonks will add to the vibe of the shoot day.

You can bring your Sport/Music/Hobby to Nashville and I can create a makeshift studio in an alley or in front of the landscape of the buildings downtown. You can bring your entire uniform to change into and bring a football/basketball/bat etc. I will use my retouching and editing skills to create Sportraits that will blow up the internet when you share them. I am a former baseball player and athlete who has the expertise to make your athlete pop in their image. Bring a guitar or even keyboard if you play music. Let's rock!

If you want some nature, there are some local parks where we can find grass/trees and sometimes even flowers to shoot with. Because of the lighting that we bring to your session, we can also take a very small area of trees or bushes/flowers and make it look like you are on a farm or in a field. There is also the Cumberland river, which runs through the city and we can shoot near the banks of it to have some water in the background.

Nashville is also a very flexible place to shoot. So, whether your style is high-end glammy and super dressed up or tshirt and jeans/shorts, I can find a spot that fits you and your style perfectly. We can even do a section of your shoot where you won't even know that you are in Nashville (in case you want some of your images to look more like home).

Now, let's talk about some locations you can have fun at on your trip or even shoot around during your Senior Portrait session...

Some Great Things To Plan During Your Nashville Vacation/Senior Trip and Shoot:

Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum:

This museum is a must-see for any fan of country music. It houses exhibits on the history of country music- from Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks to Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. It also features interactive exhibits that allow you to learn about the music and its artists.

Take a walk down Broadway:

Broadway is Nashville's main entertainment district. Honkey Tonks, Bachelorette Parties and amazing Music coming at you from every angle. We are talking Country blasting out of one bar, rock n roll making you dance from a rooftop and some classic rock hitting the groove across the street- all at the same time! You can catch a live show, have some great BBQ, or just walk around and take in the spirited and sometimes crazy atmosphere.

Eat/Shop at 5th And Broadway:

This is the IT spot for local high schoolers to hang out and take pics... It's one of the newest spots Downtown and it is famous for it's Food Court that literally has an unlimited selection of great food. From Sushi and Burgers to BBQ and Soul Food... There's a Steak Shack and some super cool clothing boutiques, as well as a giant Apple Store. If you are a Senior- get some selfies there, for maximum viral vibes!

Experience a Preds Hockey Game:

The Nashville Predators have created an entire experience around their beloved hockey team. I won't even give you details about what to expect... just take my word for it and go! It might be hard to get a ticket because the hometown fans are so rabid. A night to remember at the incredible Bridgestone Arena.

Take a walk thru Centennial Park and visit the Parthenon:

Centennial Park is a 132-acre park located in the heart of Nashville. It is home to the Parthenon, a replica of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece.

Visit the Frist Art Museum:

The Frist Art Museum is a modern and contemporary art museum located in downtown Nashville. It houses a collection of over 7,000 works of art.

Enjoy the Johnny Cash Museum and have lunch/dinner on Broadway:

The Cash Museum is one of my personal favorites in Downtown Nashville. I visited there around 10 years ago, when I was considering moving from Los Angeles to Tennessee and I fell in love with it. A great place to spend a few hours.

Note: They have an incredible gift shop with very cool CASH tshirts etc- to give you that cool street cred when you wear it at home!

A Concert at The Ryman- the Mother Church of Music:

One of the top venues in America to see a concert. The historic Ryman is an old church, complete with pews and stained glass. It has been home to countless classic shows over the decades. The bands and performers will feel just as amazed by this venue as you are- which always brings out the best in everyone!

Visit the Grand Ole Opry:

The Grand Ole Opry is a live radio show that has been broadcasting from Nashville since 1925. It is a must-see for any fan of country music.

Go Shopping on West End Avenue:

West End Avenue is a popular shopping destination in Nashville. It is home to a variety of stores, from high-end boutiques to chain stores.
